The Manifesto

A concrete plan for a Kenya that works for every citizen — not just the connected few.

Economy Healthcare Education Security Youth Governance

We the People of Kenya Declare

That the resources of this nation belong to its people. That no child should go hungry while public officials fly business class. That a young Kenyan with talent should have the same chance as a young Kenyan with connections. That the promise of our constitution — dignity, equity, justice — must become the reality of every Kenyan's daily life.

This manifesto is not a wish list. It is a commitment. Every pledge listed here comes with a specific plan, a budget estimate, and a timeline. We will be judged by these words.

01

An Economy That Works for Everyone

Reduce Cost of Living by 30%

Cap fuel levies, remove VAT on basic foodstuffs, and hold energy sector to account on pricing.

Universal Affordable Credit

Establish a Hustler Credit Guarantee Fund accessible to informal sector workers at interest rates below 10% p.a.

Living Wage Legislation

Enforce a national minimum wage of KES 30,000/month for all formal sector workers and push for structured review every 2 years.

SME Protection

Mandatory 40% of all government procurement to go to Kenyan-owned SMEs with turnover below KES 10M.

02

Health Is Not a Privilege

Free Maternal & Child Healthcare

No Kenyan mother should die giving birth because she cannot pay hospital fees. Fully funded maternal care in all public hospitals.

Fix the NHIF/SHA Transition

Audit the Social Health Authority rollout, ensure seamless coverage for the poorest Kenyans, and eliminate the registration barriers.

Equip Level 3 & 4 Facilities

Every Level 3 and 4 health facility to have functional laboratory, maternity ward, and essential medicines within 18 months.

Mental Health as a Priority

Integrate mental health services into all county health centres. End the stigma. Fund the beds. Train the staff.

03

Every Child Deserves a Real Education

Fully Fund CBC Implementation

End the chaos of underfunded CBC. Provide textbooks, trained teachers, and functional infrastructure before expanding any curriculum.

Technical & Vocational Expansion

Build 290 fully equipped vocational training centres — one per constituency to give youth skills that lead to real employment.

University Fee Capping

Cap public university fees at KES 16,000 per semester and fully restore HELB funding to meet the demand backlog.

Lunch for Every Public School Child

Expand the school feeding programme to all public primary schools nationwide. A hungry child cannot learn.

04

Safety and Justice for All Kenyans

End Extrajudicial Killings

Establish an Independent Policing Oversight Authority with real prosecutorial powers. No more enforced disappearances.

Community Policing Reform

Deploy trained community liaison officers in every ward. Policing by consent, not fear.

Legal Aid for All

Expand the National Legal Aid Service to every county. No Kenyan should lose a case because they could not afford a lawyer.

Fast-Track Corruption Cases

Establish dedicated anti-corruption courts with a mandate to conclude all corruption cases within 24 months of filing.

05

Kenya's Youth Are Not the Future — They Are Now

1 Million Jobs in 3 Years

Public works programme, digital economy investments, and agribusiness expansion targeted to create 1 million youth jobs in the first term.

Youth Enterprise Fund — Real Money

Restructure the Youth Enterprise Development Fund with KES 50B capitalisation and streamlined, corruption-free disbursement.

30% Youth in Government

Legislate minimum 30% youth representation in all public appointments, parastatal boards, and county public service.

Sports & Creative Economy

KES 10B fund for sports infrastructure, music, film, and arts recognising the creative sector as a serious economic driver.

06

Transparent, Accountable, Servant Leadership

Public Asset Declaration

Mandatory public declaration of wealth for all elected and appointed officials every year — published online, verified by an independent audit.

Open Budget Kenya

All government spending above KES 1M published in real time on a public portal. Citizens can track every shilling.

Devolution of Real Resources

Increase county equitable share to 35% of nationally raised revenue. Devolution must mean real money, not instructions.

Reduce Government Waste

Abolish all non-constitutional commissions and advisory bodies. Cut the Presidential household budget by 50%. Lead by example.
